Insearch was born out of a desire to provide a differentiated approach to the business of executive search. We believe that every hire done by an organization is critical for them. The standard "shotgun" approach to finding candidates and resources is not the best approach, for though it gives you a lot of profile matches – it does not address the issue of "profile fit".

At Insearch we take the process of finding the right person for a role very seriously. What this means is that we do not just scan resumes and profile databases, but assess candidates based on "fit" for the role. Based on our experience of the sector and the in depth profiling of candidates by our research teams we evaluate a candidate, before presenting them to clients
